Guwahati, India- Deployed by UNICEF in Assam to co-ordinate GEMEx 2012. The Guwahati Emergency Management Exercise (GEMEx 2012), is the result of Government of Assam initiative that is designed to harness the strengths and capabilities of State emergency responders, educational institutions, hospitals, humanitarian agencies and state agencies as they prepare to confront urban catastrophes in the city of Guwahati in collaboration with NDMA & with the support of UNICEF.

New Delhi, India - National Disaster Management Authority has been constituted with the Prime Minister of India as its Chairman, a Vice Chairman with the status of Cabinet Minister, and eight members with the status of Ministers of State.
A functional and operational infrastructure has been built which is appropriate for disaster management involving uncertainties coupled with desired plans of action. He conducted research in "Hazard Vulnerability Analysis" in major Hospitals in Chennai and Bangalore Region.

Chennai, India - Chennai Emergency Management Exercise (CEMEx) 2011 is result of a multi-institutional public-private partnership that is designed to harness the strengths and capabilities of regional emergency responders, educational institutions, hospitals, humanitarian agencies and state agencies as they prepare to confront urban catastrophes.
Along with the core team, coordinated 13 parallel Academic tracks, 3 Mini Simulated drills, Table top Exercise, Mass casualty incident simulated disaster drill and Hot Wash which took place from 4th to 8th of August 2011. Also organized pre-event awareness activities in Schools and Colleges located in Chennai, Tiruchirapalli, Thirvanamalai and Coimbatore.
CEMEx 2011 was organized by the SRMC Emergency Physicians Alumni Association (SEPAA) in partnership with the National Disaster Management Authority of India (NDMA), technical support from United Nations Disaster Management Team (UNDMT), supported by Government of Tamil Nadu, Chennai City Corporation, along with local private stakeholders like the Sri Ramachandra University, Apollo Group of Hospitals, Sundaram Medical Foundation, Dr. Mehta’s Hospital and GVK EMRI – 108 Ambulance Services.
CEMEx 2011 was organized in order to train and make all public and private responders of Chennai city prepared during an Urban Catastrophe and make Chennai City Disaster prepared and resilient. CEMEx 2011 is a noble initiative for the betterment and good of Chennai city, in order to well prepared and respond systematically to save precious lives before, during and after a disaster.

As a opening team member, was responsible for the entire organization and management of the banquet operations. Consistently kept costs at or under goals, achieved continuously improving quality of food and guest service sores. Total units 200, banquet and meeting space 8,000 square feet, revenue of $1.7 million.
